When will my order be delivered?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever you want. If you order before 3:00 PM , your package will be shipped the same day . We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands , so delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days , depending on the destination country.
After your order you will receive an email with all information about the shipment and track & trace.
Can I return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, saleable condition. For hygiene reasons, the product must be unused upon return.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We do everything we can to deliver your items undamaged. Our shipments are secured with a double protective mat containing small, inflated air cushions, creating a barrier that absorbs even the strongest impacts. Thanks to this professional technology—a specialized packaging machine we use in our company—it's virtually impossible for your products to be damaged during transport.
