Usage
Apply a thin layer of Claresa Hybrid Nail Polish NEON 13 to a pre-cured Claresa Hybrid base. Cure the polish under a UV or LED lamp. Repeat as needed to achieve the desired intensity. Protect the style by applying and curing a Claresa topcoat.
