Functionality you'll appreciate immediately
The autoclave has an LCD display and an SD memory card slot for saving cycle results. It offers seven fully automatic programs : four sterilization programs, two test programs, and a drying program. The menu is intuitive , and the user-friendly interface is in English . The preheat and keep-warm function is particularly useful when running multiple cycles a day.
The Lafomed LCD 3 L distinguishes itself with fast sterilization programs . The shortest cycle for sterilizing unwrapped instruments takes only 6 minutes (including drying) and 8 minutes for wrapped instruments. The device has a built-in tank for clean (distilled) water for sterilization. The used water is drained at the rear; the hose must be permanently connected for this. The self-diagnosis system effectively protects against damage and extends the device's lifespan.

Extendable warranty (24 + 12 months)
The Lafomed autoclave has a 24-month warranty . The warranty is not dependent on the number of cycles. You can extend the warranty by 12 months , provided a paid technical inspection is performed at an authorized service center before the basic warranty expires (applicable to units purchased from August 22, 2022). A free technical passport is also included.

Instructions for use
Fill the clean water tank with distilled water and ensure the used water drain hose at the rear is permanently connected . Place the instruments on the tray (wrapped or unwrapped, depending on the selected program), close the door completely, and select the desired program via the English menu . Start the cycle and save the results: print if necessary or save the results to the SD card . Afterward: allow instruments to cool, handle wrapped items according to hygiene protocol, and clean the tray and chamber according to your internal guidelines.
