1️⃣ Consultation & test
Conduct a client consultation , including an allergy test and a hair condition test on wet hair, to determine hair sensitivity and strength.
2️⃣ Cleaning
Wash hair twice with a cleansing shampoo to remove product residue, oils, and styling buildup.
For heavy residue – wash three times .
3️⃣ Drying
Blow-dry hair to about 80% dryness .
For weak or damaged hair, leave it slightly damp for better absorption.
For natural or very curly hair, dry it to almost 100% (afro hair: completely dry ).
4️⃣ Applying Organic Hair Botox
Apply the product 1–2 cm from the scalp , strand by strand, along the entire length of the hair.
Distribute it evenly with a close-toothed comb .
Re-apply any excess product from the comb to each section and massage in gently.
Apply enough product so that the locks do not dry out.
5️⃣ Exposure time
Allow the product to work depending on the hair type:

Rinse the product thoroughly with warm water and remove excess moisture with a towel.
7️⃣ Neutralizing Mask
Apply a neutralizing mask and leave it on for 5–10 minutes .
Rinse the mask with lukewarm water , leaving a small amount of product in the hair.
It should not be visible, but slightly palpable between your fingers .
This step provides thermal protection and enhances the smoothing action.
8️⃣ Drying & Prep for Styling
Blow- dry your hair completely with a brush and divide it into sections for the straightener.
9️⃣ Thermal sealing (style step)
Working in 1–2cm wide sections, slowly and smoothly smooth the flat iron over each strand, following the guidelines below:

Inform the client that the hair should not be washed for at least 48 hours to maximize the absorption of active ingredients.
