Organic is designed for professional care of dry, dull, damaged and unruly hair. Choose it when the lengths are difficult to detangle and style and need nourishment, smoothing and improved condition. The care helps cosmetically fill uneven and damaged areas of the fibre for a more uniform, well-cared-for appearance. A hairdresser assesses the hair condition and treatment history before deciding whether to proceed.

Two steps for a complete conditioning result
Step 1: reconstruction and smoothing treatment
The Organic treatment contains coconut butter, urea, hydrolysed corn protein and amino acids: histidine, arginine and lysine. Its ingredient list also includes Glyoxylic Acid. The formula is designed for a professional thermo-active protocol focused on restorative conditioning, smoothness and frizz control.
Step 2: Organic neutralising mask
The neutralising mask is the second step of the ritual. Apply it after rinsing out the reconstruction treatment and before the final blow-dry and straightener finish. The formula includes coconut butter, urea, corn protein, amino acids and panthenol. It complements the treatment for softness, smoothness and easier styling. Each product has its own INCI list, shown separately below.
Thermo-active care with a hair straightener finish
Organic uses a hair straightener for the thermal finishing stage. The hairdresser selects processing time, temperature and number of passes for the hair type, following the protocol below. The aim is intensive restorative care and anti-frizz smoothing. This result should not be equated with permanent hair straightening.
Professional application
- Consult the client, assess the hair condition while wet and carry out the tests prescribed in the instructions.
- Wash twice with a cleansing shampoo, or three times for substantial product build-up. Blow-dry to around 80%; adjust the dryness for the hair type and condition.
- Apply strand by strand, keeping 1–2 cm away from the scalp. Distribute thoroughly with a comb and cover the strands evenly. Leave for the processing time in the table.
- Rinse the treatment thoroughly with warm water and towel away excess moisture.
- Apply the Organic neutralising mask for 5–10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water according to the protocol: no mask should remain visible, only a light residue felt between the fingers.
- Blow-dry completely, divide into fine sections and finish with a straightener according to the table. Use smooth movements and settings appropriate for the hair condition.

Coloured and blonde hair: consider the shade
Organic may affect colour intensity and add warmth to coloured or bleached hair. The hairdresser should assess the result on a test strand before a full application. For cool blondes and toning needs, both colour and hair condition must be considered when selecting a treatment.
Aftercare
Wait at least 48 hours before the first wash, as directed. Choose Organic Home Care shampoo and mask for home maintenance. The line information describes results lasting approximately 2–3 months; actual longevity depends on hair condition, application and aftercare.
