WHAT'S NEW – EL CARTEL 2.0. The V2 cartridges are available in two taper types : RLL (long taper) and RLM (medium taper) . The medium taper version offers slightly faster and fuller ink delivery, resulting in stable, powerful lines with immediate response. In addition, the cartridges are equipped with a reinforced membrane that provides extra safety during tattooing and helps prevent ink or blood backflow into the machine.
