WHAT'S NEW – EL CARTEL 2.0. The V2 cartridges are available in two taper types : RLL (long taper) and RLM (medium taper) . In addition, the cartridges are equipped with a reinforced membrane that provides additional safety during tattooing and helps prevent ink or blood from flowing back toward the machine.
