Instructions for use
Mix Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect (6%, 9%, or 12%) or Color Touch Emulsion (1.9% or 4%) in a non-metallic bowl . Use a mixing ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2 . Apply evenly to unwashed hair . Start at the mid-lengths and ends, then move on to the roots. Check every 5–10 minutes . Rinse thoroughly after the desired lift.
